The practices and procedures of the District School Board of Niagara reflect the intent of this legislation. The purpose of this Parents’ Guide is to provide you with information about Special Education Services in the DSBN. This includes information about how student needs are met, the Individual Education Plan (IEP) and the Identification, Placement and Review Committee (IPRC) procedures."
